You can set up a basic Video Contest on your Facebook Page by following simple steps below:
Step 1: Installation
- Visit this link https://younetmedia.com/video-contest-detail.html , click “Install now” button
- Select one or more Facebook Pages for installation, click “Add Page Tab” to continue
- Click “Create a contest” to get started
Step 2: Create a contest
- Contest detail:
- Fan Pages: select a specific Facebook page to run a contest
- Input Contest name and Description that shown on the Fan Gate as a default
- Winner announment: you can keep blank and winner results can be updated after contest completes.
- Insert Google Analytics ID and Emails of moderators for further data analysis
- Timeline:
- Select Time zone as the standard ones for your contest
- Input Name of each contest phase
- Click “Calendar” icon to select Starting Date and Ending Date for each contest phase
- Entry form:
- Captcha in Entry Form: select “Shown up” if users are required to insert confirmation code after filling in entry form
- Terms and conditions: input terms and conditions for participants
- Thank you message: what you want to say to participants after they sign up
- Theme settings:
- Banner image: Upload an image as banner of your contest
- Banner link: input URL which banner redirects to
- Fangate image: if users are required to “Like” your Facebook page before joining contest, this image will be shown with a “Like” button.
