You can set up FAQs for your Facebook Page by following simple steps below:
Step 1: Installation
- Visit this link https://younetmedia.com/facebook-faqs-detail.html , click “Install now” button.
- Add one or more Facebook Pages for installation”, click “Add Page Tab”.
- Choose a specific Facebook Page for installation, click “Configure” to continue.
- Click “Create new Quiz” to get started
Step 2: Create FAQs
- Create new article:
– Title: Input a question
– Description: give answer for question
– Article Category: select/create category for article
– After created, your article will be in “shown” status. Here you can edit/hide/delete it.
– Click “New article” to make new question
- Category: where you can edit/delete/add new category for your articles
- Messages: where you can handle questions made by users
- Fan Page settings:
– Banner image: upload an image as banner of your FAQs
– Banner link: insert URL that banner redirects to
– Insert Google Analytics ID and Emails of moderators for further data analysis
